Amenities such as irons nail clippers, and sewing kits are available on request.

Cloakroom is open for guests who arrive prior to their check-in time.

Please note that 1,500 yen will be charged per hour(1person) until 2:00pm should guests be late in checking out.

Luggage delivery services are available 24 hours from the front desk. Cardboard boxes are also available if needed.

Lobby attendants will be happy to assist any guests who are in need of help, especially those who require wheelchairs or other health aids.

For your security, room keycards are needed to take the elevator to the guest room floors as well as to your individual guest room. Please touch your keycard to the designated panel to enter.

LAN cables are available in all guestrooms.

If you have not charged any additional fees to your room such as room service, please feel free to use the self-checkout kiosk. Receipt available.

Vending machines are located on all guestroom floors. Cups are also available.

An idea place for a casual business meeting or a friendly chat, the lounge is open to all guests. Help yourself to free coffee and mineral water. You can also browse through the selection of  the morning newspaper.
